Domestic Shipping (India)

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3,000.
• Orders below ₹3,000 will incur a shipping charge of ₹150.
• Orders are typically delivered within 10 working days after dispatch, depending on the location. During high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
• We ship PAN India via Shiprocket, Kerry Indev Express, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Shadowfax, E-comm Express, DTDC, India Post, and Bluedart, using surface transport.
• If an order is canceled before dispatch or lost in transit, the full amount, including any shipping charges, will be refunded.
• No exchange or returns on sale products.
• During festivals, adverse weather, or pandemics, shipments may be delayed, but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

International Shipping

• We ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
• International orders may take 7–21 working days for delivery, depending on customs clearance and the local courier service.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed for international sale products.
