Return & Exchange Policy

At Label Deepti Bajaj, each pair is crafted with love and care by our skilled shoemakers and designers. Our footwear is made from premium-quality raw materials, designed to mold to your feet over time. If your pair feels slightly snug initially, rest assured that it will adjust to your foot shape with wear.

We want you to love your Label Deepti Bajaj Purchase! If you aren’t entirely satisfied with the size or style, we are more than happy to exchange items within 15 days of purchase within India.

If you need a size or style exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. How to Request an Exchange

Step 1: Notify Us

  • Email us at caredeeptibajaj@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mention your order number and the size/style you want to exchange.
  • Attach clear images of the product if there is any damage or defect.

Step 2: Ship the Product

  • Once your request is approved, we will share the return shipping address.
  • You must return the product in its original packaging, along with the invoice.
  • The shipping cost and logistics for sending the product back will be borne by you.

2. Choose Your Option

a) Exchange for a Different Size

  • Once we receive your product in its original packaging along with the invoice, we will ship your requested size.
  • Ensure that you provide the correct size, as an order can only be exchanged once.

b) Exchange for a Different Style

  • You can select a style of the same or higher value for exchange.
  • Once we receive your product, allow 7 working days to process and ship your new style.
  • Style exchange is allowed only once. No further exchanges will be accepted.

3. Important Guidelines

  • No refunds or cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.
  • Sale products are eligible for size exchange within 15 days of purchase.
  • If you request an exchange, you will need to courier the product back to us.
  • No second exchange will be allowed, so please choose your size/style carefully.
