Sizing & Fit
Our juttis run true to standard European sizes and are crafted in a comfortable medium width. We recommend choosing your size based on the length of your foot.
Made with genuine leather, the juttis soften slightly with wear and naturally adapt to the shape of your feet for a better fit over time.

No. Our juttis are designed with soft leather linings and flexible soles to minimise discomfort. A brief break-in period may be required, after which the footwear becomes even more comfortable.
Juttis don’t do well in the rain so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. You can keep them in good shape longer by keeping them dry.
To care for juttis, store them in a dust bag, avoid water exposure, and let them dry fully before storing. Handle embroidered or embellished juttis gently, clean printed styles with a damp cloth, and dry clean embellished juttis for long-lasting beauty.
Shipping & Returns
We do our best to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.
As our footwear is handcrafted and often made to order, we currently do not offer refunds.
Of course! If you don’t love your juttis or need a different size, you can exchange them within 15 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like.
Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
