Fit & Sizing
Every one of our designs is made to fit and size in accordance with accepted industry standards. In every one of our styles, we advise choosing your usual size. However, because to the design of the shoe, some customers might want to size up in Brogues. It’s okay if the shoes feel a little snug because they will eventually mold to your foot. They become comfier and conform to you as you wear them more frequently. Here is where you can view our sizing chart.

Shipping & Delivery
COD (Cash on Delivery) is a convenient payment option that is readily available to customers across India. In addition to this, customers can enjoy the benefit of free shipping within the country. Our efficient order processing and shipping schedule operates from Monday to Friday.

Should any hurdles arise due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, we kindly ask for your understanding as this could result in a delay of up to 2 additional business days for order processing.
Moreover, for products that may be temporarily out of stock, rest assured that we are committed to fulfilling these orders within a reasonable timeframe of 7 to 10 days. Cancellation / Return
In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at info@deeptibajaj.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If we receive your cancellation request before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount (except the transaction taxes) to you within 7 working days of receiving your request.
You’re liable to exchange if:
- The product doesn’t fit you.
- The product is damaged.
Items must be new and in unworn condition, as well as being in their original packaging.
Returns with signs of use will be rejected. We cannot make full refunds on sale items. Sale/clearance items returned to us can be exchanged or have store credit issued.
